Mercy

I had a good read today. It’s about mercy.

Webster’s Dictionary defines mercy as “kindness in excess of what might be expected or demanded of fairness.”

Kindness in excess of what might be expected.

Talk about positive unexpected thing.

Mercy understands the “why” behind the “what.”

It cares about the person, not just what they’ve done to us.

It actively loses count of all the bad things people have done to us.

Patient is the red carpet for mercy and forgiveness.

Take a deep breath, be patient for a little bit, try to understand them even more, and mercy will be at your door.
